A 52-year-old man died in a two-vehicle collision on Wilson Street in Hamilton on Tuesday evening. The crash occurred just after 7:30 p.m. at the Highway 403 eastbound exit ramp.
Crash Details
Investigators determined that a 2025 Jeep Compass, driven by a 29-year-old woman traveling westbound on Wilson Street, collided with a 2022 Acura MDX. The Acura, driven by the 52-year-old man, had exited Highway 403 and was making a left turn onto Wilson Street at the time of impact.
A 43-year-old woman occupied the front passenger seat of the Acura.
Injuries and Hospital Transport
Emergency services transported both drivers and the passenger to the hospital. Medical staff pronounced the 52-year-old Acura driver dead at the facility. The 43-year-old passenger sustained non-life-threatening injuries, and the 29-year-old Jeep driver received treatment and remains in stable condition.
Victim Privacy and Investigation Status
Authorities withhold the deceased driver’s name to respect the family’s privacy. Current findings show no evidence that speed, weather, or impairment contributed to the crash.
