Snoop Dogg is talking out after receiving backlash for his feedback on LGBTQIA+ characters in youngsters’s motion pictures.
The rapper, 53, shared his ideas on a scene within the 2022 Disney/Pixar movie Lightyear throughout a latest episode of the “It’s Giving” podcast, saying {that a} second between Alisha Hawthorne (voiced by Uzo Aduba) and her spouse “threw [him] for a loop” and made him “scared to go to the films.” (The couple share a kiss and go on to welcome a child in a montage throughout the Toy Story spinoff.)
His feedback weren’t well-received, with followers and Lightyear screenwriter Lauren Gunderson defending the story line by way of Instagram.
