In a group alert issued Monday morning, CPD stated the lady pictured within the CTA surveillance picture approached a feminine passenger on a Pink Line prepare close to Monroe and “aggressively battered her whereas taking her private property by drive” round 10:10 p.m. on January 5, in accordance with police.
