Utah police arrested a person accused of assaulting a Florida congressman this weekend at a Sundance Movie Pageant after the person allegedly hurled racist feedback to a number of patrons of a Inventive Artists Company celebration.

Rep. Maxwell Alejandro Frost (D-Florida) posted on X that he was “okay” after being slugged by the person, recognized by police as 28-year-old Christian Younger.

“I used to be assaulted by a person at Sundance Pageant who informed me that Trump was going to deport me earlier than he punched me within the face,” Frost wrote Saturday in an X publish. “He was heard screaming racist remarks as he drunkenly ran off. The person was arrested.”
