Jacqueline Dube, a mother of three and grandmother of three, connected with the man from Alexandria, Egypt, during a TikTok live session with her niece. He complimented her appearance, calling her “beautiful,” leading to an exchange of numbers and daily WhatsApp conversations despite the 2,500-mile distance and 35-year age gap.
Within minutes of messaging, he expressed a preference for older women. Jacqueline recalls questioning herself: “I began asking myself ‘why have I fallen in love with a 20-something man?'” Over 16 months, they spoke every day, and she met his family via video calls.
