Chris shares details of a text exchange with Sam after their final Commitment Ceremony. The pair, who parted during Homestays amid accusations of lacking effort, now maintain a civil friendship.
“After our final episode on the Commitment Ceremony, we kind of both sent each other a text,” Chris stated. “[It said], ‘What a ride that was. Thank you so much for coming on the journey with me, and take care and all the best.’ So we are very amicable, which is great.”
Behind-the-Scenes Relationship Struggles

Chris admits confrontation triggers defensiveness: “I don’t like that type of confrontation… it makes me get really defensive.”
