Abbey Clancy, the 40-year-old model, showcased a sultry look in a skimpy metallic bikini while enjoying a luxurious beach holiday with her husband, former footballer Peter Crouch, 45.
Idyllic Family Escape
The couple jetted off to a sunny, undisclosed beach destination for a family getaway. On Friday, Abbey shared a series of Instagram photos capturing their relaxing time away.
In one image, she appeared stunning in a brown metallic Melissa Odabash bikini top, paired with a pearl necklace and sunglasses. Peter lounged on a large white outdoor sofa at their luxury villa, sipping drinks al fresco. The post also featured a bottle of Desperados beer by the pool and a breathtaking sunset view from the villa.
Recent Podcast Confessions
Last month, Abbey opened up on her podcast with Peter, The Therapy Crouch, insisting she’s “not a prude” and open to discussions. During a chat with sex educator Alix Fox about fantasies, Alix noted how TV shows and books have popularized ideas like monsters and minotaurs.
Abbey responded, “They’re a bit scary, them. I want the prince on the horse more.” Alix praised her self-awareness and curiosity. Abbey also joked about wanting Peter as a “sexy Viking” after watching a show about Nordic warriors.
She said, “I would love you to get jealous. The only time you got jealous was when I was watching that Viking thing. There’s this show, The Vikings, and they are all unreal. Vikings are a thing.” She added, “When I watched that show. They’re just cool. Even the girls are as hard as nails. But hot as anything.”
Lifestyle and Wellness Routine
The mother of four recently shared how she curbed her drinking after overindulging in wine during the COVID-19 lockdowns. Her day starts at 6:30 a.m. with coffee while the children enjoy croissants for breakfast, amid the morning rush to school.
Once the kids are at school, she hits the gym daily during health kicks, practices dressage with her horse Enzo for an hour, and records The Therapy Crouch weekly with Peter. Lunches vary: chicken sandwiches from the deli on podcast days or pasta and bellinis with friends.
Dinner is typically home-cooked by Abbey, like dauphinoise potatoes with steak, mushrooms, and green beans. If tired, Peter steps in with takeaway or his signature “Daddy’s omelette,” loaded with fridge leftovers. On holidays, she indulges more but balances with fitness.
