Pregnant Vogue Williams and Spencer Matthews have begun renovations on their new London home, which they purchased as their ‘forever’ house last May. The couple relocated from their £4.25 million flat earlier this year into a nearby rental property with their three children—Theodore, 8, Otto, 4, and Gigi, 6—while the 18-month project unfolds.
Exciting Renovation Plans Unveiled
In a recent vlog, the pair shared detailed plans for the period property, including dedicated spaces for an ice bath, sauna, and dog wash area. Vogue, 40, expressed her enthusiasm: “I can’t wait to have our forever house in London. We do have a nice rental but it’s not home and it’s not our house.”
Architectural changes feature extensions on the bottom two floors to create a spacious terrace for indoor-outdoor living, complete with outdoor heaters. Spencer highlighted tile selections at the Chelsea Design Centre, suggesting yellow marble for the downstairs sauna and ice bath zone.
Garden Transformations and Family Touches
The family eagerly anticipates the garden after years in a flat. Vogue shared her joy: “I can’t wait to look out and see green.” They plan to clear space for a lawn while preserving large trees. Discussions included retaining the garden pond and the possibility of adding a pet duck.
Vogue also proposed a dog wash area, personalized with tiles honoring their late dog Winnie, who passed away in September last year. “I would like a dog wash area because I plan to have a lot of dogs throughout my life,” she told Spencer while shopping for furniture.
Balancing Family and Work
The rental’s proximity allows the children to continue at their current school. Vogue reflected on the move: “We’ve got a rental around the corner so that the kids can stay in school because we have bought our dream house.” The couple sold their previous apartment, marking the end of an era.
They also own a family home in Howth, Dublin, acquired in late 2023, but maintain a presence in London for work commitments.
Fourth Child on the Way
Last month, Vogue and Spencer announced they are expecting their fourth child. Sharing beach photos from a St Barts family trip, they captioned the images: “BABY NUMBER 4 INCOMING… ❤️❤️.” Vogue showcased her growing bump in a black-and-white bikini and sarong, with Spencer by her side alongside their children.
