Teenager Committed to Stand Trial for Murder
A teenager accused of fatally stabbing Greg Josephson, a co-founder of the retail chain Universal Store, has been formally committed to stand trial.
Josephson, aged 58, was allegedly attacked at a house party in Clayfield last year. The accused, who was 15 years old at the time of the incident, has not yet entered a plea in relation to the charges.
Next Steps in Legal Proceedings
The boy remains in custody. His case is scheduled to return to court at a future date, where further proceedings will be determined.
