Holden identifies as a vegetarian, suggesting that this dietary choice contributes to her overall health. “I’m a vegetarian, so I think I’m probably accidentally pretty healthy,” she commented. Holden also humorously admitted that a key element to her confident bikini poses is simply “breathing in.” She believes this is a natural instinct for many women and downplays any notion of elaborate tricks. “I think as women you naturally breathe in, it’s inherent,” she explained.

However, she maintains a resilient attitude towards such comments. “I don’t have any time for people who have negative comments, I just don’t scroll down,” she asserted. Holden believes that putting oneself in the public eye necessitates developing a thick skin. “I understand people have different ways of coping with things, but I’m of the mindset that if you’re putting yourself out there, you have to take the rough with the smooth,” she said. She advocates for direct confrontation over anonymous criticism, stating, “come and say it to my face and let’s see how you get on!”

Holden views her makeup as a form of personal “armour” that boosts her confidence when facing the public. “You will never catch me without a lash and a bit of lip gloss,” she noted. Additionally, she often wears sunglasses, which she finds can instantly enhance her appearance and mood on days when she feels less confident.

In addition to discussing her personal lifestyle, Holden recently hosted the L’Oréal’s Professional Colour Trophy awards at London’s O2 Arena. She described the experience as exceptionally memorable, calling it “one of the most surreal, out of body experiences I’ve ever had as a host.” The event, filled with elaborate hair displays, fashion, and a large audience, created a vibrant atmosphere that she likened to a “rave for hairdressers.”
