A person who is not any stranger to the justice system is again in custody after allegedly robbing a 63-year-old man on an Orange Line prepare within the Loop final Wednesday morning.

Prosecutors say 36-year-old Collins sat subsequent to a 63-year-old man and took the person’s pockets from his pocket.
