A 51-year-old Florida resident faces charges after authorities investigated reports of him walking nude through a resort and performing a sexual act with a vacuum cleaner in public view.
Incident Details
Deputies from the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office responded to Windsor Hills Resort in Kissimmee on January 22 following witness accounts of a man exposing himself outside a residence. Witnesses captured cellphone video showing Kevin Dale Westerhold partially clothed and engaged in the explicit act with the vacuum cleaner.
The suspect had already fled the scene by the time deputies arrived. Further inquiries linked Westerhold and his wife to managing Airbnb properties on Grassendale Street and Almaton Loop within the resort.
Prior Complaints and Evidence
Investigators uncovered additional reports, including a January 21 complaint about a nude male in a shared hallway, supported by Ring camera footage. A canvass of Almaton Loop yielded more resident statements describing similar behavior.
Residents had previously notified the Homeowners Association in December about these incidents, providing Blink video evidence of Westerhold appearing partially clothed or nude in common areas.
Arrest and Charges
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office obtained a warrant for Westerhold, who lives in Oviedo. On January 27, the Oviedo Police Department arrested him near his home at the sheriff’s request. He was booked into Seminole County Jail on a charge of exposure of sexual organs.
