A former North Carolina brewery proprietor was arrested for allegedly hurling a plate at a steakhouse worker’s head after he was advised to not feed his canine off the desk.

David Gary Sholar, 49, the previous proprietor of Edward Train Brewing, was charged with assault inflicting severe damage on Aug. 7, two weeks after he allegedly attacked a LongHorn Steakhouse worker, the Wilmington Police Division wrote on Fb.

Police stated that Sholar had his canine with him whereas eating on the steakhouse on July 23 and commenced feeding the pup off the desk.

Following the assault allegations in opposition to Sholar, native restaurant homeowners of “Smoke on the Water” and “Fork ‘N Cork” have began promoting Edward Train Brewing beer for less than $2 and plan to donate the earnings to the injured LongHorn Steakhouse worker.
