An unidentified lady was fatally struck by a hit-and-run driver after which dragged for a couple of block in a disturbing Brooklyn scene Friday morning, based on cops and surveillance video.
The girl – believed to be in her 30s – was crossing the road on the intersection of Watkins Road and Pitkin Avenue in Brownsville when she was struck round 6:50 a.m. by a black Ford SUV, police and sources mentioned.
