A man in his 30s faces arrest on suspicion of murder after an 18-year-old suffered fatal stab wounds in a double stabbing at a residential address in Hammersmith, west London.
Details of the Incident
Officers responded to reports of a stabbing in Lena Gardens at 6:58 p.m. on Sunday, March 15. Two men discovered at the scene had sustained stab injuries. The teenager died at the location despite emergency efforts.
The second victim, a man in his 30s, received hospital treatment for his injuries. He remains in stable condition and authorities plan to take him into custody upon discharge.
Police Investigation
Investigators believe the suspect and victim knew each other, and they classify the attack as an isolated incident. A murder probe launched immediately, with a post-mortem examination set for Tuesday, March 17.
