A non-compliant registered intercourse offender has been ordered jailed pending trial after he was allegedly caught viewing little one pornography on a pill at a Chicago Public Library department in Bucktown, in line with courtroom filings.
David Rideout, 50, was taken into custody round 6 p.m. on September 15 after a girl referred to as 911 to report {that a} man was watching little one pornography contained in the Bucktown-Wicker Park Department, 1701 North Milwaukee Avenue.
Responding officers discovered Rideout seated with a black pill displaying a screensaver of a “utterly bare underage feminine” in a graphic sexual place, a CPD police report stated. A library worker advised investigators that surveillance cameras captured footage of Rideout holding the pill and viewing photos of bare underage ladies, in line with the report.
