Kelly Osbourne, 41, and her three-year-old son Sidney shared a relaxed lunch with friends at the Polo Lounge in the Beverly Hills Hotel on Saturday. The television personality appeared devoted as a mother, holding her dozing child while enjoying an outdoor meal under the sun.
Osbourne opted for an unconventional look, pairing a simple black cardigan with a striking white furry hat and bold-framed glasses. She added layers of gold necklaces and a playful strand of colorful plastic heart beads to complete the ensemble.
Sidney, whom Osbourne shares with fiancé Sid Wilson, looked dapper in a blue Ralph Lauren shirt. He savored his food before drifting off to sleep in his mother’s arms.
Osbourne shared a photo of the moment on social media, captioning it: ‘Here’s to the ladies who lunch with #BabySidney.’
Sharon Osbourne Honors Legacy at Billboard Event
On Thursday, Kelly’s mother, Sharon Osbourne, attended the Billboard Power 100 event alongside her son Jack, marking six months since the passing of her husband, Ozzy Osbourne. The 73-year-old media figure maintained composure, embracing Jack for photos. She wore a sophisticated black pinstripe suit, while Jack, 40, coordinated in an all-black outfit featuring a blazer, shirt, and trousers.
Sharon received the Visionary Award from Clive Davis, Michelle Anthony, and Billboard’s Executive Director, Leila Cobo. In her acceptance speech, she reflected on her career: ‘When I started in the music industry at the ripe old age of 15, I never set out to win awards for myself. My vision was always about helping extraordinarily talented people achieve greatness, and that’s always been my vision. I was drawn to artists who had that thing, that it factor that you can’t manufacture. It’s a God-given gift. There are many people in this industry that are so talented, but there’s a handful of artists who have greatness.’
Sharon had managed Ozzy’s career and worked with bands such as Motörhead and The Smashing Pumpkins.
Remembering Ozzy Osbourne
The Osbourne family expressed profound grief following Ozzy’s death in July 2025 at age 76. They attended a public funeral procession in Birmingham, where heartfelt tributes from locals moved them deeply.
In December, Sharon opened up about the loss during an interview with Piers Morgan on his YouTube show, Uncensored. She tearfully described Ozzy’s final moments, noting he awoke at 4 a.m. and passed away just 20 minutes later.
Ozzy’s last words to Sharon were: ‘Kiss me. Hug me tight.’
Sharon recounted discovering him collapsed in their home gym after an early workout, despite his ongoing health struggles with conditions like pneumonia and sepsis. She rushed downstairs upon hearing distress and found efforts to resuscitate him underway.
‘He had a heart attack. I ran downstairs, and there he was, and they were trying to resuscitate him, and I’m like, “Don’t—just leave him. Leave him. You can’t. He’s gone.” I knew instantly he’d gone. And they tried and tried, and then they took him by helicopter to the hospital and they tried, and it’s like, “He’s gone. Just leave him,”‘ Sharon shared.
