The KISS star handed away on October 16, aged 74, and his reason for dying has now been revealed, with the Morris County Medical Examiner confirming that the musician suffered blunt trauma accidents to his head as a consequence of a fall, Individuals studies.
The rock star – who was born Paul Frehley – suffered the autumn at his house and handed away in Morristown, New Jersey, after struggling a mind bleed.
Frehley’s dying was first introduced by his household, who admitted on the time to being “devastated and heartbroken” by his passing.
In an announcement shared with Individuals, his household mentioned: “We’re fully devastated and heartbroken. In his final moments, we have been lucky sufficient to have been capable of encompass him with loving, caring, peaceable phrases, ideas, prayers and intentions as he left this earth.
“We cherish all of his best recollections, his laughter, and rejoice his strengths and kindness that he bestowed upon others. The magnitude of his passing is of epic proportions, and past comprehension. Reflecting on all of his unbelievable life achievements, Ace’s reminiscence will proceed to stay on endlessly!”
In September, it was revealed that Ace was in hospital after struggling a fall.
A press release posted on his Instagram web page learn: “Pricey Rock Troopers,
“Ace had a minor fall in his studio, leading to a visit to the hospital.
“He’s wonderful, however towards his needs, his physician insists that he chorus from journey presently.

Ace performed with KISS from its inception in 1973 till his departure in 1982. He subsequently fashioned his personal band named Frehley’s Comet, and even loved success as a solo artist.
