A 6-year-old boy and his 27-year-old father have been injured in a knife assault after a person turned aggressive and attacked them Sunday evening in Lincoln Park, police mentioned.
At roughly 10:24 p.m., the victims have been strolling within the 2700 block of North Sheffield Avenue when an unknown man approached them and have become aggressive, in response to a Chicago police spokesperson. The person produced a pointy object and commenced a bodily altercation with the victims that resulted within the father and son being injured.
