A 55-year-old girl was fatally stabbed inside her Avondale dwelling on Wednesday afternoon, and Chicago police are investigating whether or not the killing was domestic-related.
Officers had been referred to as to the 2800 block of North Woodard Avenue round 4:15 p.m. and located the sufferer with stab wounds to her face, neck, arm, and chest, in accordance with preliminary data from CPD.
