Mel B Opens Up on Menopause Journey
Speaking about her new ambassadorship, Mel shared: “I’ve been through my own menopause journey. Hot sweats, night sweats. Then you’re cold, then you forget what you’ve gone downstairs for, then you go back upstairs and it’s ongoing. God it takes its toll. I think there’s something like 48 symptoms. I’ve more or less had nearly all of them at some point.”
She emphasized empowerment: “This is why it’s important to educate ourselves because us as women we need to take control over this. Do ourselves justice and make it easier and more simple for us, right?”
Mel joins ambassador Amanda Holden in promoting women’s wellbeing through the brand. In the announcement photoshoot, she channeled her Scary Spice vibe with silk leopard print pyjamas and a furry coat, plus a shimmering lilac minidress and dark purple nightie and robe.

Spice Girls 30th Anniversary Update
The event follows news that Spice Girls’ 30th anniversary reunion tour plans collapsed due to disagreements among Mel B, Geri Horner, Mel C, Emma Bunton, and Victoria Beckham. On Tuesday, Mel posted an Instagram photo in a thong bikini on a tropical beach, captioning it: “ITS MONDAY and I’m walkinn away from the NOISE… so if thats what your bringing you can KISS MY.”
