Lea Black simply cashed out of her Los Angeles perch … unloading the luxe hillside property for tens of millions … TMZ has realized.
Actual property sources inform TMZ … “The Actual Housewives of Miami” alum bought the property off-market for $6.6 million on Friday, teaming up with luxurious actual property energy duo Bianca Fields and Adriana Yedidsion of The Company to seal the deal.
The hillside stunner, perched above the Sundown Strip, options 4 bedrooms, 5 loos, and greater than 4,000 sq. toes of prime dwelling house.
