A superb mixture of mockumentary and improv comedy, Jury Responsibility takes one unsuspecting man, Ronald Gladden, and locations him amongst a bunch of individuals he assumes are typical, randomly chosen jurors. In actuality, everybody else — together with the choose, legal professionals, and fellow jurors — is an actor. (They’re all principally full unknowns apart from film star James Marsden, who performs himself.)
It’s a dynamic ensemble that locations Ronald into more and more ridiculous situations — and we get to look at his trustworthy reactions unfold. It’s a lighthearted and entertaining present that ends with a surprisingly candy message. The forged is lovable, the story is unforgettable and the massive reveal is top-notch. Jury Responsibility is not like something you’ve seen earlier than.
