The 78-year-old actor and fitness legend, who has dated the 51-year-old physical therapist for more than a decade, rarely appears publicly with her.
On Tuesday, the couple emerged from Nobu Malibu after a luxurious meal. They embraced a casual vibe for the evening: Schwarzenegger donned a gray jacket over a black sweater and blue jeans, while Milligan chose a white blazer with gold buttons paired with a white top and black pants.
A Private Romance
Schwarzenegger met Milligan in 2012 during recovery from shoulder surgery ahead of filming the action film Escape Plan with Sylvester Stallone. His surgeon recommended her expertise, noting she works with top athletes.
In a 2023 interview, Schwarzenegger recalled: “I said, ‘I got to go do this movie, and I bring a lot of punches, and I have fights with Sly, and I want to have my act together.'” He continued: “So I went to her, and then after my therapy was finished, after I was finished with the movie, I called her back and took her out for lunch to say thank you. And then one thing led to the next.”
Reflecting on their bond, he added: “We have so many things in common. I think the world of her. I love that she’s into working. She’s clearly independent. She just is driven as hell.” The pair have remained together since.
