Authorities in Atikokan have lifted a shelter-in-place advisory following a fatal shooting incident.

The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) issued the advisory Wednesday night after responding to reports of gunshots in the Don Park area. Officers at the scene discovered one person deceased.
