The 39-year-old singer – who’s a worldwide environmental ambassador for the UN – has been made a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) for companies to biodiversity and the local weather.

Actor and presenter Warwick Davis, creator Richard Osman and Little Britain comic Matt Lucas have all been awarded OBEs, whereas comic Invoice Bailey, actress Sally Lindsay and youngsters’s TV star Paul Elliott, from the Chuckle Brothers, have all been made MBEs.
