Jennifer Lopez has relisted the sprawling Beverly Hills mansion she once shared with ex-husband Ben Affleck, slashing the price to nearly $50 million in her third attempt to sell the property.
The 56-year-old star placed the 38,000-square-foot estate on the market Tuesday for $49,995,000. Lopez and Affleck, 53, originally purchased the home in May 2023 for $60.85 million, just a year into their marriage.
Sale History and Price Reductions
The couple first listed the residence in July 2024 for almost $68 million, shortly before Lopez filed for divorce. They pulled it from the market in July 2025 after failing to attract buyers, despite cutting the price by $8 million in May 2025. A relisting followed last September at $52 million.
Realtors Rayni and Branden Williams of The Beverly Hills Estates now handle the latest listing.
Recent Legal Changes
Legal documents reveal that the former couple amended their January 2025 property settlement in early April. The update makes Lopez solely responsible for all future sale expenses, including broker commissions, taxes, and closing costs. It also notes a forthcoming property transfer.
Affleck surrendered his share of the estate as part of these modifications.
Luxury Property Features
The recently renovated mansion boasts high-end amenities, including a boxing ring, sports lounge, fully equipped gym, basketball and pickleball courts, and a bar. Additional highlights feature a 12-car garage, guest penthouse, caretaker house, and a two-bedroom guardhouse.
An insider shared in June 2025 that Affleck seeks a quick sale to sever the last ties linking him to Lopez, noting the price cut below their purchase amount poses no issue for him.
