LOT Polish Airlines has significantly upgraded its long-haul Business Class offering, introducing a suite of new onboard products and expanding collaborations with Polish brands. These enhancements aim to provide passengers with a more comfortable, functional, and refined travel experience, reflecting a commitment to quality and attention to detail.
Revamped Onboard Products for Enhanced Comfort
The airline has redesigned its Business Class amenity kits, now available in a sophisticated navy blue and copper color palette. These kits feature an updated selection of products from the Polish cosmetics brand Phenomé. Passengers can expect to find a revitalized collection that includes a facial mist and eye patches, alongside newly packaged face cream and lip balm. The development of these amenity kits was guided by insights gathered from LOT’s passenger research panel, LOT Insight, ensuring the included items align with traveler preferences for long-haul journeys.
Further elevating the in-flight skincare experience, LOT Polish Airlines is introducing a new three-step ritual developed in partnership with the premium Polish cosmetics brand HDREY. This skincare treatment, available from August 2026, comprises micellar water, a hydrogel face mask, and a serum. The products are specifically formulated to help passengers maintain skin hydration and comfort throughout extended flights.
In addition to skincare, the airline is incorporating other locally sourced personal care items, such as the Woody Forest deodorant from Polish brand Maroko Produkt, broadening the range of Polish-made goods available to passengers.
Upgraded Audio and Dining Experiences
LOT Polish Airlines is also enhancing its audio offerings by upgrading the headphones provided across all cabin classes. The new Business Class headphones boast an ergonomic design for improved comfort. The airline plans to integrate active noise cancellation technology as its fleet undergoes modernization. Passengers in Premium Economy and Economy Class will also benefit from new headphone models, which feature a more sustainable design with paper alternatives replacing plastic packaging.
The dining experience is being enriched through the continued use of distinctive Polish tableware. LOT is expanding the deployment of Bolesławiec pottery, crafted by Manufaktura in Bolesławiec, on select long-haul routes. Following its initial introduction on flights to Tokyo, this artisanal pottery is now also featured on the Warsaw to Wrocław and Seoul routes, adding a touch of Polish heritage and craftsmanship to the onboard hospitality.
Strategic Focus on Premium Travel
Izabela Leszczyńska, Director of the Product Development and Customer Experience Office at LOT Polish Airlines, commented on the strategic direction behind these enhancements. “Crafting the LOT Business Class experience resembles working on a well-designed space – what matters is not just one eye-catching detail, but the well-matched character of all aspects of the journey,” Leszczyńska stated. “All new products, from pottery to cosmetics and headphones, have been introduced with the goal of creating a consistent and refined whole.”
These latest initiatives are part of LOT Polish Airlines’ broader strategy to strengthen its Business Class proposition. By focusing on high-quality, functional products and thoughtful details, the airline aims to deliver a cohesive and superior premium travel experience that meets and anticipates the evolving expectations of its passengers. The emphasis on partnerships with Polish brands underscores a commitment to showcasing local talent and quality craftsmanship on an international stage.
