Sir Paul McCartney and his wife Nancy dined at the historic Lapérouse restaurant in Paris on Wednesday evening, shortly after supporting their daughter Stella McCartney at her Womenswear Fall/Winter 2026-2027 collection show during Paris Fashion Week.

The 83-year-old musician and his 66-year-old wife faced an enthusiastic crowd of fans seeking autographs as they left the venue and hurried to their waiting car.

Paul appeared sharp in a navy blue suit paired with a classic white button-up shirt and a striped scarf for added warmth. Nancy matched his style effortlessly with a navy blazer, coordinating trousers, a light-blue graphic T-shirt, and striking spotted earrings.

Earlier, Paul sat front row at Stella’s runway presentation, mingling with celebrities such as Oprah Winfrey and Hannah Waddingham. Oprah radiated elegance in a structured salmon blazer and white blouse, accompanied by close friend Gayle King.

Hannah showcased her legs in a peach satin minidress featuring a pearl-encrusted collar. She hugged Paul warmly as they posed for photos, after which the music legend chatted with director Baz Luhrmann.

Proud father Paul later joined Stella, 54, backstage. The designer, whom he shared with late ex-wife Linda McCartney, looked chic in a grey blazer and tailored trousers as they posed together.

Reflections on Beatles Breakup in New Documentary

This outing follows Paul’s candid discussion in his new Prime Video documentary, Paul McCartney: Man On The Run, which traces his life from The Beatles’ breakup through his solo career and time with Wings.

In an interview with director Morgan Neville, Paul addressed public criticism. He remarked: “Whenever I hear someone damning Paul McCartney, I tend to agree with them. So when everyone was saying I broke up the Beatles, and I was just overbearing and all of that, I kind of bought into it.”

Paul grew emotional during a London screening, reflecting on footage of Linda, who passed away in 1998. The couple shared four children: adopted daughter Heather, 63; Mary, 56; Stella; and James, 48.

He shared: “Seeing me and Linda interacting is very special because, you know, she is not here anymore. Me and Linda, the kids. The music. Me and John [Lennon]. These memories, it is like a life flashing in front of you. There are so many cool things. Even though there are some embarrassing moments, I come out of it thinking, ‘Yeah, I’m OK’. All the stuff with the kids and Linda is lovely to see. Obviously, it’s emotional because she looks so beautiful. She’s so cool.”
