Hampshire Police confirmed they were called to Cheping Gardens at approximately 8:13 am on September 1 following a report of a woman obstructing a building site entrance. Officers attended the location and spoke with all parties involved. According to the police spokesperson, the woman subsequently moved from the site, and no crime was identified. The intervention of the police led to the resolution of the immediate stand-off, allowing construction work to eventually resume.
