Quebec provincial police urge the public to assist in locating an 18-year-old woman allegedly abducted by her biological parents in Sainte-Thérèse, north of Montreal.
Investigators report that Cassandra Levasseur was last seen around 3:45 p.m. on Lecompte Street. Authorities state she was forcibly seized and placed into a vehicle. Officials express concerns for her health and safety, noting her potential vulnerability.
Victim Description
Levasseur stands five feet five inches tall and weighs 125 pounds. She has long dark brown hair and blue eyes. She wore black pants and a blue-green short-sleeved shirt at the time of the incident.
Suspect and Vehicle Details
Police seek a dark blue 2018 Nissan Rogue bearing Quebec license plate Z71 YZZ. The vehicle features a sunroof and chrome door handles.
The suspects are her biological parents:
- Brigitte Lussier, 61, five feet four inches tall, 130 pounds, with grey hair. She wore a black and red cap, dark sunglasses, a navy blue coat, and black pants.
- Luc Levasseur, 63, five feet seven inches tall, grey hair, brown eyes.
