Prince Andrew, recently removed from Royal Lodge, faces allegations of witnessing a young girl aged six to eight endure electric shock torture. The claims describe the child restrained on a table while Ghislaine Maxwell administered the shocks. Other men reportedly observed the incident alongside him.

Details from Epstein Documents

An FBI report dated July 2020 outlines these accusations, stemming from an anonymous source. The alleged events occurred in the mid-1990s, linked to sexual abuse involving Andrew and Maxwell. Newly released Epstein files highlight the claims, specifying the torture took place at Frogmore Cottage in Windsor, Berkshire.

Andrew consistently denies any involvement or wrongdoing. Inclusion in the Epstein files does not indicate guilt.

Surrey Police Appeal

Separately, Surrey Police seek information on historic human trafficking and sexual assaults in Virginia Water village between 1994 and 1996. This appeal addresses a redacted report on abuse of a minor and remains unrelated to the Epstein file allegations of electric shock torture.

After reviewing records, officers found no prior reports of these claims. A spokesperson stated: “After reviewing our systems using the limited information available to us, we found no evidence of these allegations being reported to Surrey Police.”

The force emphasized: “We therefore encourage anyone with information in relation to these allegations to report this to us online, or via 101. We take all reports of child and sexual abuse seriously and therefore, as with any other matter, should new and relevant information be brought to our attention, including any information resulting from the release of materials in the US, we will assess it.”

“Where relevant, and via the national coordination group, we will engage with law enforcement agencies to obtain access to further information which may support our enquiries. It is important that any information is reviewed objectively and without speculation.”
