Jason Segel and Harrison Ford star in the comedy-drama series Shrinking, which follows a grieving therapist named Jimmy Laird as he pushes boundaries by getting deeply involved in his patients’ personal lives. Co-created by Segel alongside Bill Lawrence and Brett Goldstein, the show explores the consequences of Jimmy ignoring professional ethics to deliver unfiltered advice, leading to major shifts in the lives of those around him, including his own.

The ensemble cast features Jessica Williams, Luke Tennie, Michael Urie, Lukita Maxwell, Christa Miller, and Ted McGinley. Season three introduces new faces Jeff Daniels and Michael J. Fox. The season launched on Apple TV+ on January 28, 2026, with the finale scheduled for April 8, 2026.

The original score for Shrinking season three comes from composer Tom Howe. His portfolio includes work on Ted Lasso, Daisy Jones & The Six, Early Man, and the 2020 live-action Mulan.
