Chicago police are investigating two armed robberies reported late Sunday evening and early Monday in and close to the West Loop.
The primary theft was reported round 9:55 p.m. Sunday within the 1600 block of West Lake Road. Officers responded to a name of a theft with a firearm and spoke with a 22-year-old man who stated he was standing on a sidewalk when six offenders arrived in two autos.
