Humberto Rodriguez Martinez, 39, is accused of stabbing his ex-girlfriend’s new boyfriend to loss of life in Anaheim almost a decade in the past and has been a fugitive since escaping custody in 2017.

Martinez, a Mexican nationwide, pleaded not responsible and can stay held with out bail within the custody of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement whereas his case proceeds.
