A 21-year-old man from Portage Park is going through costs for allegedly firing a gun via his condo ceiling Thursday night time, grazing his upstairs neighbor, Chicago police mentioned.
Officers have been referred to as to a second-floor condo within the 4600 block of West Patterson Avenue round 9:49 p.m. for a report of pictures fired inside a residential constructing. They discovered a 22-year-old man with a graze wound to the chest inside on the second flooring, in line with police.
