He pleaded responsible on Aug. 25, telling the Ventura County Star, “Something and every little thing I do at protests is to guard individuals. I’d by no means deliberately hurt anybody.”

Nonetheless, a grand jury reviewed his case this week and indicted Caravello on a felony rely of assaulting a federal agent.
