A 67-year-old man stabbed his 35-year-old roommate to dying of their condominium Wednesday after a battle about their “dwelling state of affairs” in a Bronx housing undertaking, in response to cops and sources.

Enoch Rosado allegedly knifed Miguel Batiz a number of instances after a battle erupted round 4 a.m. inside their unit inside the New York Metropolis Housing Authority’s Edenwald Homes on East 229th Avenue close to Laconia Avenue, police and sources stated.
