Officer Ndegnior Kpan, 27, was arrested Thursday night when cops responded to his Co-op Metropolis house after a 911 name about an assault, law-enforcement sources mentioned.
The teenager sufferer claimed that she’d gotten into an argument with Kpan — her “buddy” — and when she tried to get her belongings from his house, he dragged her outdoors, sources mentioned.
The assault left the lady with seen accidents, in accordance with sources.
An investigation revealed Kpan had an “intimate relationship” with the teenager, which is statutory rape, sources mentioned.
