The 21-year-old truck driver arrested after a fiery crash killed three individuals on the ten Freeway in Ontario was not underneath the affect of medicine on the time, authorities say.

Within the amended grievance, Singh is charged with three counts of vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence and one rely of reckless driving inflicting a specified harm.
