The Division of Homeland Safety deleted a video Wednesday about deportation that featured Theo Von after the comic requested the company to both to pay him or take it down.

The official DHS account posted the video Tuesday on X that began off with the comic chatting with the digital camera.

“Heard you bought deported, dude,” Von stated within the clip as he nods his head in disappointment. It ends with him saying “Bye” because it cuts to a montage of federal brokers detaining folks because it lists statistics. The video claims 2 million folks have been deported in 250 days, which it breaks all the way down to 1.6 million self-deportations and 400,000 authorities deportations.

Von reposted the video and responded to DHS, demanding they ship him a test for capitalizing on his fame. He stated he didn’t OK the company’s use of the footage.
